We stayed here first time and it was awesome. The best part was the helpfulness staff at the hotel. Excellent. They won't stop at nothing to help you. Unbelievable help. The breakfast was awesome too. The location was the best close to everything !!!)
I had booked a room for my parents , their room they found too small they changed it Tia bigger room with no issue . Excellent service did not have any issues at all , facilities inside the room were working , rooms were cleaned everyday , water was provided , brekFast was great , staff were very nice and helpful , close to the historical sites
Very happy with hotel stuff very friendly and there for u if we needed anything Very clean hotel Not happy with British airways had to pay extra £230 for luggage and very disappointed with the steward stuff Rudd and very unprofessional not helpful I thought they learned but haven't change at all And last one I wish Expedia made it more clear that we had to pay for luggage

My husband and I both enjoyed our five nights stay at this hotel. the most remarkable part was the location and the staff! The Staff who were working at the restaurant were very friendly and nice. Breakfast was great too! Ayşe & Mustafa
Great location! Walking distance from the spectacular blue mosque and hagia Sophia museum as well as many restaurants. The hotel isn't really 4 star but that doesn't really matter since the rooms are pretty good and very clean. But most importantly, the staff are amazing. They give you a very personalized service... simply outstanding.
Pros: Friendly, helpful staff. Location: Within easy reach, the Blue Mosque, the Hagia Sophia, the Grand Bazaar, the Islamic Art Museum, the Cisterns - to name but a few. Plenty restaurants The hotel staff in reception were very friendly and extremely helpful. The Terrace Restaurant was good with a wide variety of foods on offer. The Blue Mosque and other attractions were a very short walk away. Room was clean and comfortable.
